Team, direct accountability
TENET Arhitektura d.o.o. is a Croatian architecture practice. We prepare drawings and papers for the agreed works. At the start we set what is in, what is out, and what follows.
When needed, we work with structural engineers, MEP, geotechnics, lawyers and other specialists. We say who does what and when they join. More in Modus operandi.
On more complex investment projects we connect architectural decisions with project stages, risks and the requirements of other specialists. We keep that in step with the documentation and the agreed scope.

External firms we work with when a project needs a service outside our scope. Each partner works under their own agreement and accountability.

Represents the Covesta partnership. They take over property management after the occupancy permit: rentals, short- and mid-term stays, owner and guest support.

Where we work.
We work across Croatia. In Zagreb we often do reconstructions, adaptations, and work in existing urban fabric. In Zadar and Dalmatia we do family houses, villas and investment projects, including the coast and islands. When the project is elsewhere, we come to site and stay in touch in writing.

How we work.
We work stage by stage, with written outputs and clear boundaries on what was agreed. We report in writing each week. We meet when a decision needs conversation, a joint document review, or alignment across participants. Changes to the agreed work are recorded in an annex.
