Who processes data

What we process

Through the contact form we receive your name, email, phone (if provided), project description, and related answers you enter.

We do not ask for data that is not needed to reply.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to answer your enquiry, arrange a call, and, if we work together, prepare an offer or contract.

Legal basis: your consent and/or steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)–(b)).

Who we share with

On the static site, the contact form sends the message via FormSubmit.co (or Web3Forms, if configured) to our email.

Those services process the message for delivery. We do not sell data. We share with third parties only what is needed to answer your enquiry or for regulatory procedures on your project, with your consent or a legal duty.

Cookies and local storage

We use only necessary local storage for remembering your cookie choice.

We do not currently use analytics or marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics). If we introduce them, we will update this policy and ask for consent.

Fonts load from Google Fonts. That third party may see technical connection data (IP, browser) when fonts load.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries as long as needed to reply and for possible collaboration, and no longer than accounting or law requires if a contract follows.

If we do not work together, we typically delete or anonymise the enquiry after the conversation ends, unless you ask us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability under the GDPR.
