The studio in brief
- Offices are in Zagreb (Krajiška ulica 44) and Zadar. We work on projects across Croatia, with a focus on Dalmatia.

- The location (city, address or plot if you know it), what you want to achieve, and which stage you are in. If you have cadastre or ownership extracts, include them. For a first reply, location and a short description are enough.

- We work in Croatian and English. Official documentation and administrative procedures in Croatia remain in Croatian.
- We do architecture and project coordination, within the agreed scope. We do not arrange loans. Credit, tax and legal matters stay with the bank, lawyer and other authorised parties.
- Most often in order: site review, project development, documentation and filing. What exactly enters the job is set in written scope before you sign. We do not guarantee authority timelines.
- Yes. Most of the work runs in writing and digitally. We arrange a visit when measurement or a site review is necessary.
