TENET is an architecture studio. Architecture leads. When a decision can affect feasibility, cost, or the legal status of the work, we bring in lawyers, financial specialists, and engineers - at the right moment, not as decoration.
What sets us apart is how we work. We agree in advance what each stage produces. We confirm major decisions in writing. Changes that affect agreed content, price, or timing are recorded in an addendum to the proposal or contract.
Attention to you is part of the work, not an afterthought. We explain what comes next, what we need from you, and what you receive at the end of a stage. Expertise stays in drawings, figures, and documents - not in vague promises.
