Karlo Definis
Karlo Definis is the Managing Director of Tenet and leads all of the studio's financial and business decisions, budgets, contracts, operations and business development. A Financial Industry Certified Professional (FICP) with an Executive Master in the Financial Services Industry (Luxembourg School of Business) and a degree in Economics & Business Administration (University of Split).
For over ten years he has built delivery systems in regulated, cross-border financial environments. In parallel he is Chief Operating Officer and General Secretary at the New Technologies & Investment Funds Institute (NewTIFI) in Luxembourg, and COO of EOB Capital Group.
As a lecturer and former board member of Luxembourg Investors a.s.b.l., he taught FinTech, macroeconomics and real-estate investment. At Tenet he brings financial discipline: budget logic, cost structure, an investment perspective and process clarity. Architectural decisions rest with the Architectural Director.
