Karlo Definis
Karlo Definis has been Business Director and Acting CFO at TENET since April 2026. He leads business, finance, contracts, studio development, and work with professional investors. Architecture sits with the Director of Architecture.
He holds the Financial Industry Certified Professional (FICP) qualification, an Executive Master in the Financial Services Industry (Luxembourg School of Business), and a degree in Economics and Business Administration (University of Split).
For over ten years he has run operating processes in regulated, cross-border financial organisations. Since April 2024 he has been Head of Operations & Digital Transformation at the New Technologies and Investment Funds Institute (NewTIFI) in Luxembourg. Through April 2025 he was Program Director for LSB Global and Financial Industry Management at Luxembourg School of Business.
He reads architectural decisions against cost, risk, and investment phasing. Signed documentation stays with the Director of Architecture.
