Discipline coordination in the main project

The main project stands or falls on alignment of architecture, structure, and services. Coordination is the job, not an add-on.

Supplements often come from misaligned disciplines, not from the form.

Why coordination is not optional

Authorities review a whole. If architecture and structure disagree, supplements follow. Each supplement extends the timeline.

What coordination means

One active drawing version. A list of open questions. Deadlines for consultant answers. A decision record when something changes. Filing only when the package is aligned.

What the client sees

Short status: what is aligned, what awaits a decision, what blocks filing.

Where cost appears

Late plan changes. Late services corridors. Late client inputs.

TENET approach

We lead the main project as a coordinated whole within scope.
